Personal Vision - In next ten years I see myself as business leader in retail sector. Business leaders must have a vision for customer service and be able to concisely give expectations to management. My goal is to lead with integrity, empathy, and impact while earning international acclaim for my profession. I'm dedicated to developing as a leader and providing end consumers with projects that provide value.

Personal mission - To contribute in the creation of an inclusive workplace where everyone is at ease and has the chance to succeed. As a business owner my expectation would be that everyone should have equal chance to show their skills and I would like to put people according to their areas where they can perform outstanding whether it is high position or low position. Owners of businesses go above and beyond to ensure the success of their business. This involves performing simple jobs that we might not enjoy, such as carrying packages to the post office or performing administrative duties.

SMART GOALS - 1)Increasing sales at my work.

 Specific -  The goal is specific because I am clear what to do and focus on which areas.

Measurable - I think goal can be easily measured by looking at our turnover or by comparing profit percentage earned.

Achievable - Goal is attainable because I am sales associate and I know the strategies to accomplish my goal. 

Relevant- The goal is relevant as it matters to me a lot, I want to achieve higher position in company. 

Time Bound -  I will implement strategies and check what response I get. Goal deadline is 30^th May.

2) Become supervisor in our company.

 Specific -  I am completing the targets that are given.

 Measurable - I will apply for positions such as lead person and will move ahead.

 Achievable- It can be achieved by hitting more than target given.

 Relevant - My job field relates to my studies .

 Time Bound - I want to see myself as supervisor before January 2024.

3) Save money for big vacation.

 Specific - Saving money and going on 3 months’ vacation with family.  

Measurable-Increase in saving can help me to measure.

Achievable -Reduction on doing online orders and eating out. 

Relevant - Saving and reduction will help me to achieve my goal. 

Time Bound - Must have around 10,000$ in savings before 2028.
