Sundar Pichai

He wasn't always an exceptional leader, though, as he is now. He was an extremely bashful person when he was little. But, the Madras child overcame his timidity and developed into a man of inspiration. Pichai has faced many challenging questions throughout his career as the CEO of Google, but he has always responded to them quickly and to the best of his abilities 2017, he was elected to the Alphabet Board of Directors. Instead of these, he has other positive traits that set him apart from other CEOs; these include his ability to connect with people and his product and technological understanding. He has made the world aware of the distinction between a leader and a boss.

Cooperation and teamwork are two of Pichai's most crucial abilities. He has always put his colleagues' thoughts first since he firmly believes that people come first. Sundar Pichai's Decision Making Skill is yet another asset. My personal leadership philosophy

After looking at the leaderships styles and the abilities of the leaders whom I admire, I learnt various skills and values that will help me to achieve my goal. As I previously mentioned that I foresee myself as a company leader in the retail sector in ten years. Corporate executives need to have a clear understanding of customer service and be able to communicate management's objectives clearly. My objective is to lead with moral character, compassion, and effect while achieving professional recognition on a global scale.

I'm committed to growing as a leader and delivering projects that benefit customers. As a business owner, I would like to place employees according to their areas of strength, whether it be a high position or a low position, so that everyone has an equal opportunity to demonstrate their skills. Because of these I am more interested in developing myself as a  democratic and transformational leader. Business owners go above and beyond to make sure that their enterprise is successful.

I personally want to be a democratic and transformational leader. Teams and organizations both experience significant change as a result of transformational leadership. A better version of expectations, goals, perceptions, and values are created. The team members are empowered and inspired to achieve outstanding accomplishment. The members of the team are fiercely devoted to their transformational leader, whom they respect, trust, and admire. Team members are highly motivated and eager to go above and beyond when they have faith in the leader and see growth for the team as a goal.

According to my viewpoinEveryone should have the chance to engage, ideas should be  freely expressed, and conversation is encouraged. As a democratic leader I will be  still present to provide direction and control even though this approach frequently emphasizes group equality and the free exchange of ideas.

Siddharth Pichai, the CEO of Google, was the subject of my one of the case study investigation, which helped me to better understand my own evolution. Finding my personality's strong qualities and weaknesses is helpful. Anything in life can succeed with the help of talent and ingenuity, and proper personal and professional development can also guarantee potential success in the future. From my perspective, excellent leadership ensures employee participation, the right personnel, and effective management in product creation.

After analyzing various leadership abilities I will surely try to adapt various new skill. I think that  a person's capacity for making decisions, communication skills, interpersonal effectiveness, leadership traits, and creative ideas can help them become more effective in resolving problems and obstacles within an organization. A successful leader may consistently inspire staff members, which influences them to manage their contribution to the workplace. Also, a positive outlook and individual inventiveness always support an individual's development and happiness, which is portrayed as a crucial self-development activity in advancing organizational goals and aims.

I have made a graphic presentations which shows what type of leader I want to be in a future and what are the qualities that I would try to build in myself so that I can become a good leader.
